Strategic Planning

Case studies

Strategic planning – broad planning at the district or regional scale – is generally undertaken prior to the more fine grain design of urban areas, to ensure that individual projects are developed within a well structured planning framework, and to enable efficient forward planning of service infrastructure. This is an area in which the need to marry creative design talent with sound knowledge of implementation processes is most apparent. Our team comprises leaders in design, statutory planning and implementation, and communication and negotiation.
