Lakelands Private Estate
Lakelands is a Master Planned community estate that has been developed on contemporary design principles to accommodate regionally significant lakes and a future station on the Perth – Mandurah Railway.
Lakelands is a large project in the City of Mandurah with its own district town centre (to be developed), a strategic employment/service commercial precinct and a future transit oriented design to complement the future train station. Taylor Burrell Barnett has been the lead design consultant from the inception of the project and promoted the principles and benefits of Liveable Neighbourhoods design principles.
